[AMBARI-2952] Installer wizard: Host check label says all hosts passed when all hosts are deleted by user.

Description

• Delete all hosts when they are being installed/registered on "Confirm hosts" page.
• A green label saying "All hosts checked passed" on 0 registered hosts with a link will appear at bottom.
• Clicking on the link produces js error.
