[AMBARI-2951] When ldap is setup and you add a ldap user (example hdfs in dev testing) the admin page show a column for retype new password for the ldap user.

Description

When ldap is setup and you add a ldap user (example hdfs in dev testing) the admin page show a column for retype password for the ldap user.
See the attached image wherein hdfs is a ldap user and I logged in as admin user. There is retype new password column that the user can edit for ldap user.
