[AMBARI-24200] Unable to filter on the alerts in dashboard page

Description

WIth the new Alerts shown in the Ambari dashboard, unable to filter the various alerts seen. When filter is selected, the dropdown immediately disappears and doesn't allow the user to select the alert level to filter.
