Description

I've had repeated failures on WaitForBalanceIT over the past 4 days.

3 of those four days, the timeout (30s) on the test expired. On one of those days, the initial balance check failed.

	at org.apache.accumulo.test.WaitForBalanceIT.test(WaitForBalanceIT.java:46)

I haven't looked at the implementation of the waitForBalance yet, but I wouldn't think that things would get immediately out of balance. I can provide logs for the timeout case if that is desirable, but I'd have to try to re-run and replicate the assertion failure.
