A bit of documentation is missing about the environment variables JAVA_ENDORSED_DIRS, that is possible to use to give some path locations containing some jars to allow replacement of APIs created outside of the JCP (i.e. DOM and SAX from W3C). It can also be used to update the XML parser implementation.

The patch also includes a fix for the LOGGING_MANAGER example.

Thanks for the patch. It has been applied to trunk and 6.0.x and will be included in 6.0.27 onwards.
