Hello, The maxThread value of the AJP connector is 200 by default. But the documentation indicates a value of 40 which is wrong AJP connector uses the org.apache.tomcat.util.threads the set up this value. ------------- maxThreads The maximum number of request processing threads to be created by this Connector, which therefore determines the maximum number of simultaneous requests that can be handled. If not specified, this attribute is set to 40. If an executor is associated with this connector, this attribute is ignored as the connector will execute tasks using the executor rather than an internal thread pool. ------------- Thanks, Lionel
This has been fixed in trunk and proposed for 6.0.x
The patch has been applied to 6.0.x and will be in 6.0.17 onwards.
