Not sure if this is the right place to ask this.  I would like the 4.1.31 jars
to be available for use in maven which pulls everything from the apache
repository if I understand the process correctly.

None of the jars for 4.1.31 are currently there.  Specifically, I need
jasper-runtime.jar and jasper-compiler.jar for 4.1.31.

Not sure what the process is to do this. I have requested some guidance from the
repository mailing list and I'll let you know the results.

All 4.1.31 jars (with md5 and pgp sig) are now in the java repository.
