Description

In the contrib/tools section of the source, a set of templates have been provided for the IntelliJ
IDEA IDE. However there are no instructions in the documentation for using these templates. The
author's email address is also dead. Templates for other IDEs are provided with instructions. It is
not intuitive how to use these templates.
