Description
Note from Will: this is correct in the xdoc source and docs generated with "ant docs" – maybe this is an issue with the Maven build of the site?

Subject: anchors in doc
To: dev@velocity.apache.org
High Developers!
Strangely.. Relative anchors ("About this Guide", "What is Velocity?",
"What can Velocity do for me?", etc...) in document
(http://velocity.apache.org/engine/devel/user-guide.html) don't work at
all in Firefox 2.0.0.1
:-\
Could you please fix this annoying little bug.
Thanks
WBR,
Egorov Alex.

I don't think this is limited to any specific browser / version. I
viewed the source for that page, and the anchors appear only once in the
document, in the index. Oops.
Regards.
