Description

I noticed that the DOCTYPE declaration in experimantal/veltag/examples/veltag.tld uses "http://java.sun.com/j2ee/dtds/web-jsptaglib_1_1.dtd" but should use "http://java.sun.com/j2ee/dtds/web-jsptaglibrary_1_1.dtd".

Very little drama here, I know. But I figured I should point it out anyway.
