Description

I posted a general rant on the dev list about the fact that Velocity-Tools is
not documented on the web set as the preferred way to build servlets.

As a first step, I suggest deprecating VelocityServlet and including a
reference to velocity-tools. Here's a patch to the JavaDocs.
