[GERONIMO-4110] NPE upon deployment of unrecognized xml file (seam-gen based application)

Description

Created a webapp with seam-gen script (JBoss Seam 2.0.2.SP1). It deploys fine, but when I pointed out to deploy directory of Geronimo additional file seam_rozpoczynamy-dev-ds.xml is deployed too by default and it causes NPE to be thrown. I can disable the file to be deployed yet the NPE should not be thrown anyway.
