Description

Openejb maps ejb refs of ejb/MEJB to jndi name of MEJBGBean/MEJB if a JNDI mapping is not specified. This should be changed in openejb however if we want to ship with openejb 3.0-beta-1 we must do an additional mapping from the old name to the new name with a jndi link.
