Description

The Holder object contains duplicated injections and so when actual injection is performed the objects are looked up in the JNDI twice. This happens because the NamingBuilders are executed twice - see GERONIMO-3359.

A simple fix for this problem is to change the Holder implementation to remove the duplicates.
