Environment

Geronimo w/ tomcat. Seeing warning on both windows and linux.

Description

The following Wanings are in the log during startup.

[*********> ] 40% 32s Starting geronimo/tomcat/1.0/car 15:19:05,647 WARN [MapperListener] Unknown default host: localhost
[*********> ] 40% 33s Starting geronimo/tomcat/1.0/car 15:19:06,103 WARN [MapperListener] Unknown default host: localhost

It appears that content does get served correctly from the tomcat web container.
Jeff G has indicated this is potentially a race condition.
Not sure if/how it is related to JIRA 1372..
