[AXIS2-4787] Hardcoded Bundle-Versions in adb, jaxws, kernel, metadata and saaj modules

Description

The adb, jaxws, kernel, metadata and saaj modules have manifest files with hardcoded Bundle-Version attributes. The current value of in all 5 modules is 1.4 both in the trunk and the 1.5 branch . One may also wonder if the other OSGi attributes in these manifests are still up-to-date. We should use maven-bundle-plugin to generate these manifests automatically.
