Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 96488
unnamed shapes cannot be marked via navigator
Last modified: 2017-05-20 10:45:05 UTC
Take a new drawing document. Insert an object, for example a star and name it 'star'. Insert another object, for example a rectangle and do not name it. Open the navigator and show all forms. Double click on 'star'. Result the object is selected. Double click on 'form 1' (which is the rectangle). The rectangle is not selected. Expected behavior: Double Click on the object in the navigator selects this object in all cases.
Sorry, but the unnamed object does not appear in my navigator. What exactly and how do you insert?
The navigator has a drop-drown list at the top right part, where you can tell him to show all objects.
Ah, ok. now I have it. Reproducible. Reassigned.
Problem does not exist for OLE objects, only for shapes and other DRAW objects (even simple lines).
(In reply to Regina Henschel from comment #2) > The navigator has a drop-drown list at the top right part, where you can tell > him to show all objects. By default, the objects are not named. So this drop-down button should be set to "all shapes" instead of "named shapes" state. Maybe cross-posted with https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=17444
