For feature issue 85625 the user interface was modified. The new and changed
controls need to be checked by the automatic test.
Rough overview about the changes: In the axis properties dialog a new tab page
'Positioning' was inserted and the controls on the existing tab page 'Scale'
were modified.

- fixed in ch2_format.inc in all required X-axis- and Y-axis test cases
- test coverage ~20% in resource tests; functional tests needed -> f'up issue #96503

In the DEV300m38 MASTER build the two tab pages are gone in the HID.LST. I have
generated a correct hid.lst for

.../src.m38/testautomation/global/hid/hid.lst

attached to this issue
