To reproduce just set the background color of a dialog via macro and execute the
dialog:

oDialog.Model.BackgroundColor = rgb(51,51,102)

-> you will see sth. similar like the comparison pictures attached.

Forgot to add that the items wrongly displayed are fixed lines and group boxes
