Please see attached screenshot "A4-A1.png". Repro steps:
1. Start Draw, add new page (right-click in Pages pan, New Page).
2. Format - Page - Page and change from A4 to A1, OK. Note how Pages pane is 
corrupt - pages overlay each other.
3. Format - Page - Page and change from A1 to A4, OK. Note how big is the gap 
between pages. 
4. Minimizing and maximizing Draw fixes rendering problem.
