Create a Chart with legend
Select the legend and choose Object properties
Tabpage Characters change the Size e.g. to 88pt
ok and leave the Dialog
Save/reload
Select the legend and choose Object properties again
Tabpage Characters change the Size e.g. to 6pt
-> The Chart is not visible anymore

workaround: use toolbar button 'Automatic Layout' to get a visible and nicely
arranged chart again

This seems to be fixed in OOo 3.3 already.

Verified on AOO350m1 build 9610 (Windows XP). 
It works. Close it.
