While comparing KSpread with OOo Calc and the current OpenFormula-draft ( 
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/21372/openformula-20061129.odt ) 
I did note, that Calc does not implement the the XOR-function and therefore 
does miss an essential part of the spec (not that easy to emulate XOR with 
AND+NOT). I would see it as DEFECT cause OOo Calc should implement that 
standard function.

Not a defect as it is not implemented, therefore changed to enhancement and
re-assigned to requirements.
