A pivot table does not appear to allow the same data field to be used twice in
the data area of the pivot table - even though they are using different functions

eg

Fred  Office     25
Fred  Customer   12
Jim Office       15
Jim Customer      9

put name in the left most column, column 2 across the top, and 
try and put min(col3) and max(col3) in the data area.

You can drag in col3; set it to min(); but it won't let you drag in another copy
of col3 to create the max()

Hi Jonathan,

this is not a defect.

To get more results for one data field, just make a multi selection of the
calculation you need, e.g. SUM, MIN, MAX .
