on linux (qsport1):

open writer document,
create a type of every form control;
at least for 'Text box' and 'Formatted field'
staroffice crashes after releasing the mouse button on spanning the creation
rectangle

Crash occurs on all platforms (tested: Linux, Solaris, Windows).

=> fixed (in svtools/source/uno/unoiface.cxx function 'CreateWindow()' needs to
be exported; svt is loaded dynamically from toolkit for extensions instanciated
via this function).
