If VCL plugin is used (in my case on JDS Madhatter) and if you resize the
application window of the help application then each step of font sizes
available is used to repaint the application window content. If you disable VCL
plugin then everything's OK. Repaint behaviour needs to be optimized because
even on fast machines this is far too slow.
