To provide a foundation for consolidation of our XML processing both in the
office and in the build process, libxslt - the XSLT processor that goes with the
already integrated libxml - should be made available in the OpenOffice.org build
environment.

This includes availability of the library for use in the installed application
as well as the availability of xsltproc - the command line xslt processor
associated with libxslt - in the build environment.

Even now xsltproc is used in building (if building without java), but as an
external prerequisite, with no platform independent integration that also can be
used in the StarOffice environment.

If possible this should be made available in the OpenOffice.org 2.0 timeframe,
as this also is needed to allow localization to ISO639-2 languages.

frank, is the legal approval that we have for libxml good for libxslt too?
libxslt is a subcomponent of libxml and has the same license terms.

FL: I did not recognised this one, because the target milestone was not set and
only 2.0 issues are of interest today. Martin Hollmichel has taken over this
part of legal questions so I forward this issue to him.

All this is done in libxslt02, though this cannot be integrated until libxslt01
is integrated.

libxslt01 is in 210, and so now libxslt02 migrates sablot and various java
tooling over to xsltproc
