Word & other applications support windows meta file format
which is not commonly used in unix/linux world. Thus support
for SVG would be very helpful. I am not aware of such tool that
would convert SVG -> win meta file (other way around exist).

ps. SVG = Scalable Vector Graphics format (see http://www.w3.org/TR/SVG/)
