I HAVE A LOT OF HYPERTEXT DOCUMENTS. THEY ARE SPAGHETTI LINKED..CAUSE THEY ARE 
LAWS.

I HAVE A DREAM 
    BACK <-  AND ->FORWARD  NAVIGATION ARROWS

    LIKE OO_HELP OR INTERNET BROWSER.

ARE THEM ALREADY IN? 
EOF() SEEKING THEM

latest versions of OOo, as the problem(s) may have already been addressed.
