Menu layout problems in Hebrew installations

Menus in RTL installations(i.e. Hebrew, or Arabic) have layout problems:
1. The checkmarks' background rectangle, is shown on the opposite side, instead of being shown "under" the checkmark (to signal that this menu command could be toggled off).

2. The vertical separator line, which separates menu-items from their icons/checkmarks, is positioned on the left, instead of to the right.

Looks like as the rework of the menus taken place already for OOo 3.4 Beta did not consider RTL installations
