I get this error message every time I try to open a file :

 The last time you opened OpenOffice, it unexpectedly quit while reopening windows. Do you want to try to reopen its windows again? ( two choice : reopen or don't reopen)
*****

I can't click on reopen or don't reopen.

I am on a Mac with OS X 10.9.2

The version field of this issue should probably not be 4.1.0 but 4.0.1? Please check the version in the "About OpenOffice" window available from the OpenOffice menu.
