@Akriti
I have some difficulties to understand the problem. Do you want to report the observation that the color of the spinbox text labels under "Spacing" become inactive for particular radio button selections? For example
* Selected Alignement "Automatic" shows Spacings "Left" and "Right" inactive
  (visible mark: greyed)
* Selected Alignement "Left" shows Spacing "Left" inactive
  (visible mark: greyed)
* Selected Alignement "From left" shows Spacing "Right" inactive
  (visible mark: greyed)

I don't think that that is a bug!

@ Mr. Bielefeld:

Yes, the label 'Right' is marked 'inactive/active' correctly when user do the switchin between left/From left and right only.

The problem is identified for other alignment option .The label 'Right' is getting greyed when user other option eg :center and manual which is not correct

Why? By definition for "Centered" "Right" and "Left" value have to be the same. Thet works, if you change the value in "Left" the one in "Right" will become the same when you apply the value for "Left".

That never worked different, I see the same, IMHO correct, behavior already with OOo 1.1.5

@ Akriti
What's the problem for you?

@Mr Bielefeld:

In the userguide (https://wiki.openoffice.org/wiki/Documentation/UserGuide/Writer/Tables), it is mentioned under 'Resizing and positioning the table' that

" a) In the Spacing section, the Above and Below boxes modify the separation between text and table.

b) The Left and Right boxes modify the separation between the margins on the left and right of the table.

c)You can only change both values if you select Manual alignment, you can change the Left value if you select From Left alignment"

As per my understanding,

a)The Above and Below boxes are in active state
b)The Left and Right boxes are active/inactive as you mentioned in Comment 1
c)The third point need to be focused here .Clearly state that user can update the both boxes(left and right) only when manual alignment is selected.

I hope this will help you.
Kindly let me know if you have any further clarification.

So I close this one as NOT_AN_ISSUE.

I adde a small clarification to the Help wiki.

@Akriti
If you think that Help should be more detailed and precise, please submit a separate bug with reference to this one. but please keep in mind that it is a difficult balancing act:
* If you are very detailed in help and also mention all facts what are more or
  less obvious, so that even someone with zero knowledge can find all
  required information, Help will be boring for users with some
   minimum experience
* If you leave away "facts what are more or less obvious for experienced users,
  newbies might have problems to understand Help.
