Description David 2013-12-23 11:28:57 UTC
After Writer unexpectedly quit, a dialog box appears whenever the application is opened:
"The last time you opened OpenOffice, it unexpectedly quit while reopening windows. Do you want to try to reopen its windows again?
If you choose not to reopen windows, you may have to open and position the windows yourself."

[The dialog box offered two buttons]
Don’t reopen [or] Reopen"

• The dialog box remains on screen regardless of option selected.

• This issue first occurred while attempting to open an attachment from Apple Mail.

• The dialog box returns on start up after force quitting OpenOffice or restarting the computer.

Sounds similar to "Bug 119006 - Restore windows problem on Mac OS X", what should have been fixed for AOO 4.0
