Screen print of the OpenOffice force quit message

When starting OpenOffice a popup appears (see attachment) stating
'The last time you opened OpenOffice, it was force quit while reopening windows. Do you want to reopen its windows again?'
Two buttons are displayed 'Don't Reopen' and 'Reopen' neither of which does anything.
Also many features of OpenOffice do not work.
When trying to shut down the computer a message appears stating that the computer cannot be shut down because OpenOffice will not allow it to be shut down.

Should have been fixed in "Bug 119006 - Restore windows problem on Mac OS X" for AOO 4.0.0. New different bug or has reappeared?
