More or less reproducible with server installation of "AOO 4.1.0-Dev – English  UI / English locale - [AOO410m1(Build:9750)  -  Rev. 1546757 - 2013-12-02]" on German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit)", own separate user profile.

Still some research required

Steps how to reproduce:
1. Open sample document from AOO Start center
2. on TOC 'rightclick -> update'
   > Message disappears

Additional info:
(a) The problem has different appearance in older versions, where the
    Message does not appear at all after fileopen (3.4.0, OOo 1.1.5)
(b)  Already reproducible with  Pre-3.4.0 (OOo 3.3.0), but because of crippled  
     Version selector (Bug 123063) no useful info can be contributed
(c) Latest confirmation for AOO 4.1.0-dev, but because of incomplete LCo 
    selector (Bug 123063) no correct information can be contributed.
