Tools - Options - OpenOffice Writer - Print - Contents category does not 
have "Tables" and "Drawings" options anymore.
In main/sw/source/ui/config/optdlg.src: 
> removed, tables now always get printed
> CheckBox CB_PTAB
> ...
> functionally merged with CB_PGRF (pictures and graphics)
> CheckBox CB_PDRAW
These entries can be removed from /text/shared/optionen/01040400.xhp.

Patch to remove the corresponding parts

Removes their bookmarks and paragraphs. 
It seems some definitions are still there as comments in src and hrc files.
