Windows 7 64bit - current updates.  I have just loaded both the 32-bit and 64-bit jre.  Both are working in other products.

The Wizards Letter, Fax, Agenda and Web report JRE IS DEFECTIVE.

Please let me know any further information I can give.

This is a known issue (bug 119525). We haven't found a way to reproduce that problem and find a way to fix it.
