The new color dialog (accessible from Tools - Options - OpenOffice.org - Colors - Edit) has no help tips, and pressing the Help button on the dialog does not open the respective help page.

The help file for the old dialog is main/helpcontent2/source/text/shared/optionen/01010501.xhp

The whole page should be updated, not only the help ids (they refer to svtools instead of cui) but also the content, because the dialog has new controls with new behavior.

This is duplicated of 118997 which is marked as RESOLVED as FIXED, thought the patches attached where never committed.
