Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 115107
framework: UI widgets to increase-decrease numeric fields unusable
Last modified: 2017-05-20 10:22:40 UTC
The UI widgets used to enter a number, and featuring two arrows to increase or decrease it using the mouse, are unusable in OOo 3.3.0-RC1 under some Linux-based systems. It is a regression and screenshots I'll shortly attach will make it clear. Setting P2 because, for those users experiencing it, it will be "A critical usability problem" since only the up arrow is displayed and working, and it is very counterintuitive that they must type to decrease values. However, I don't know how many users are affected. [Found during Italian QA tests]
Created attachment 72091 [details] OOo 3.2.1, widgets are OK
Created attachment 72092 [details] OOo 3.3.0-RC1, the down arrows next to "0,00 cm" are missing
