Localized strings in some languages (e.g. Hungarian) are too long and truncation
occurs. See the screenshot and the patch.

Not considered to be a showstopper for 3.3, retargeting to 3.4

ka: how long does it take to switch the space so that the l10n strings are not
truncated? This is UI relevant and l10n has reported this last May. Resetting
target to 3.3
