ab71 introduces some fake vba event handling, the current implementation uses a
lazy programmer technique ( prone to future failure ) the dreaded dynamic_cast.
We need to remove that and replace it with either XTunnel, some other idl
goodness or find another way ( Frank suggested calling fakeVbaEventsHack method
for all of its current children inside the setParent implementation of
exactly the just-inserted interface container *might* work )
