Open the attached document with MS Office, you can see the font of the leading 
spaces is "Times New Roman", and the text frame has a good layout.

Open it with OpenOffice.org, the font changed to SimSun, and show a bad 
layout. After change the font of the leading spaces to "Times New Roman", the 
text frame the problem fixed.

Of course we can avoid this issue by not using spaces to adjust position, but 
this have bad effact to reading the exist documents.
