Download http://www.matera.com/~tcarlos/OOBugs/SortBugOO31.ods. Sheet
"BeforeSort" contains original data to be sorted. Sheet AfterSortOO30 contains
the same information sorted using OO3.0 (no problem here). Sheet AfterSortOO31
contains the same information sorted using OO3.1. Note that column C (Sheet
AfterSortOO31) is not sorted in a right way. If you go to C5, you'll see this
formula is referring ROW 8 instead of ROW 5.

Well known bug : issue 101690. It is fixed in OOo 3.1.1 RC1. Your bugdoc is
sorted without problem by OOo 3.1.1 RC1. You can try it :
