This document lacks only the bitmap from the other, but prints fine.
Please have a look at format/Page/Margins sections. Setting each drop down box value with the Fn/Page down key selects the lowest value the printer can do. The margins in your doc are set to 1 cm and the text is placed outside these margins partially. When I try to print both docs from my Macbook Pro I only get a transparency warning in one case (blue diamond and map), nothing else. I have tried with OOo310_m1. I was obviously unclear about the issue. I don't care about the warning. What I care about is that when I *preview* or *print* the document that has the cropped image in it, the blue diamond and part of the enclosed map are *not* printed. I'll attach PDFs generated from the Print dialog box of what I'm talking about. Even in your analysis, you suggested that the map is completely inside the margins. As a secondary symptom, if I select "scale page to fit" instead of trim, the margin of printed document on the the actual piece of 8.5 x 11" paper is roughly 4cm (1.5"), nothing like the 1cm you see in the document. Please use the whole sequence of actually previewing & printing the document, not just looking for the dialog box, to confirm the bug. Thanks. Created attachment 60222 [details]
Generated by using "Print", selecting "Trim to fit", then pulling down on the PDF menu on the print dialog box to select "save as PDF"

Generated exactly as the other, only from 'blue-diamond-alone'. Note that blue diamond appears in this PDF, NOT in the other.
