Problem -
It would be great to have a "Picture Information" item on the right-click menu
from a graphic/image/picture in OOo applications (particularly Impress).
This would provide the following information about an inserted graphic or
picture:
 - Current Size (n x n pixels) and % of original
 - Image Format (png, jpg, gif, etc.)
 - Name (and path) of original image
 - When image was added and who added it

right click - Picture... - Type - Size -> current size
right click - Picture... - Picture - Link -> image format and name
when and who by Edit - Changes - Record
