In windows, the quickstarter icon has only the purpose of indicating that the
quickstarter is turned on and to be able to turn the quickstarter off.

When the icon is in the system tray anyway, it might be nice to add the
functionality to quickly run any installed Open Office programs with it (base,
calc, draw, impress, math and writer).

thanks for using and supporting OpenOffice.org....
