cp->mmp: you can already change the defaults in spadmin. Moving spadmin functionality into the office is highly desirable IMHO since very few users ever find the spadmin application So we can change this feature request to move it from spadmin into the optiondialog from the office itself. :) Thanks for the answer where I can find the option in the existing version. set target to Office later I think there should also be a way (or at least an easier way, because I can't find it) to set the default page size for my new documents. I don't think I has anything to do with spadmin. It is rather a page style issue. Please forgive me if it is the inappropriate place for this comment. Come on people!! this thing with default page size should be pretty simple to add.. i swear any time i open a new document!! (and i think any european is cursing and swearing just because the default is letter and not A4! ) alternatively ooffice can just read /etc/papersize ... is this feature so hard to implement? Thanks! no longer (very) active in OOo UX |
