Create a new text document and look at the "text" property panel.  The combo box for changing the font is much smaller than the corresponding box in the standard tool bar.

There is a lot of unused space in the text property panel, so it is enough to move some controls around and then make the font selection combo box wider.

The change in detail:
1. Moved both font color controls to third line (font color, and highlight (background) color).
2. Moved buttons for increase and decrease font size to second line.
3. Moved font size drop down an first line to right, directly above the increase and decrease buttons.
4. Made the font selection combo box wider.

One result of this change is that the text property panel now has always three lines.  This is a change only for Calc where it sometimes had only two lines.
