Improve component parameter documentation to have real javadoc

Currently, most tag parameters are only documented by description parameters of ww.tagattribute annotation.
Since resolution of WW-1051, javadoc can be used as replacement for description parameter of said annotation.

Refactor parameter docs to get rid of description parameter stuff, instead make them real javadocs.
