JQuery problem because component appears twice in DOM while Ajax refresh

    Description

      JQuery UI control is not attached to component after Ajax refresh f.ex. if Resizable is added via behavior mechanism then after ajax refresh the behavior disapperas because it is only attached to first component with same markup id
