make the scheduler aware of image and machine types so that virtual and bare images and computers can be mixed

It would simplify management of VCL to not require that virtual and bare images and computers be separated only by mapping. Getting the right information into the database and modifying the scheduler to look at that information would allow the scheduler to not place a reservation for a virtual image on a bare computer (or even the wrong type of virtual image on a hypervisor once other hypervisors are added in).
